    Horrible experience with this seller. I placed the order on January 4, and it was never shipped. The seller had many excuses: out of town, injury, blaming eBay. Ultimately I got my money back, when all I wanted was the item.

    I was not making excuses. I had my vacation settings on when you ordered the item. I returned later than expected, and I did get injured. Life happens, and certain situations can't be avoided. I kept you informed. You would have received your item had you not filed an "item not received" case. Ebay automatically removes your order from my cue when this happens, so I am no longer able to get to your order info. You made things unnecessarily difficult, so the best option was to just cancel.

    I did get a refund so that is why neutral and not negative. Athought I do believe it would have been refunded anyhow due to the pics I took of the item as well as Ebay's money back guarantee. Seller did not accept refunds on this order. The product came and the original box was destroyed . The top of it taped back on as well as other parts of the box. The dropper didn't work. There was product in the dropper that looked like it was dried up. I have no idea why. Did not look new.

    This item was new. The original box was damaged, so I sent it in the inner box only. I have no idea why the dropper would not work, so I sent you a refund. I'm not sure what else you wanted me to do???!
