    Can’t say enough about this jacket, high quality and great value and appearance….the seller is also excellent and AAA+++ in communication and super fast shipping…..UPS almost lost my package but glad they found it….will buy again from this seller but hopefully I won’t have too…expecting this jacket to last me 15 yrs plus, 1st one got me 1 1/2 years until it got stolen out of my car 😢

    Seller sent the wrong item this time. The first time I purchased from them, the mirrors were mismatched. Although I received a refund now, the seller bluntly stated that if the item was damaged during return shipping, I wouldn’t be compensated at all. They came across as indifferent and unapologetic at first — though it may have just been a miscommunication.

    Abe, we acknowledged we sent the wrong mirror. We asked you to send it back and PACK IT WELL because there is no refund for returning a broken mirror. The mirror you returned came back safe and sound and you received a full refund the day we received it. Thank you for carefully packing it and for your order. We hope to deal with you in the future.
