  Shipping was quick and packaging was good. The item however was not as described and therefore not a good value. I inquired about the item and tarnishing to know the exact condition of the box before buying. I was told no tarnishing anywhere they can see. Item arrived with two areas of tarnishing right on the top of the item as shown in attached pics. Asked for a refund of some of the purchase price instead of return- told no partial refunds have to return. Very deceptive seller- don’t recommend

  I do not understand how offering a 100% refund no questions asked on returns would be deceptive. I think he meant to describe himself as the deceptive one. He is clearly trying to get the item for free. His pictures prove there is in fact no issues to be seen. He even admitted that he paid less than half the price of the other listings available. This is the exact type of buyer all sellers have been warned against, and it is a shame he is allowed to continue his behavior. Seller beware!
