  I had a board failure and wrote and asked for them to overnight it. Unfortunately I specified saturday delivery and it didn't get labeled saturday so I didn't get it until Monday. I asked for a refund on the extra shipping since it didn't come saturday and no arguments took care of me. So although I didn't get it asap like I want they did everything they could and I'll order again.
