  My item never shipped. It was ordered on the 16th, I messaged on the 27th inquiring about its status. I didn't receive a response, so I reported this to eBay on the 28th. Still no response, and I received a refund on the 5th. I very much would have preferred to receive what I ordered instead of radio silence and no communication from the seller.

  I purchased two pairs of “new” insoles from the seller. What I was sent was one pair of clearly used insoles. So not only did the seller short me one pair (only sent one instead of two pairs), but the pair they did send me was used. On top of that, the seller took a full week to mail out the item after my purchase without communicating to me once.
