    I purchased a Silpada gift box to be used in a jewelry gift. The seller sent it in a plastic bubble bag with no protection and of course was bent up in shipping. It should have been sent in a box. The seller refused to send another Silpada box to replace the damaged item. Her fix was for me to make another purchase to justify the sending of another Silpada box. Not at all good customer service! I had to purchase another box from another seller.
