About us

Welcome to our family-owned business based out of Chicago, where we started selling sync 3 upgrades in 2019 focusing on customer service. We can be found on www.allthingssync.com. We treat people the way we want to be treated. In our initial years we sold online based on word of mouth and forums. The idea came to us while we want to upgrade to sync 3 and the retailers wanted an obscene amount of money to upgrade. There had to be a more economical way and that's how "All Things Sync" started. We source our inventory from local sellers and ensure we do not use the cheap Chinese clones that have flooded the market. Our parts are OEM meant for the North American Market. We specialize only on Ford and Lincoln vehicles infotainment systems making us a specialty store with a focus on sync systems.
