  Item was damaged during shipping due to obvious carelessness on the shippers part. I cannot therefore comment on the product itself. Shipping was slow but again the shipping carrier was at fault. I opted for a refund instead of replacement just due to not wanting to wait for replacement. Customer service promptly responded to my request for refund and have begun processing within 24hrs. I will order from them again simply based on the excellent friendly customer service provided.
