  I ordered a decanter and glass set. The glasses came in but no decanter. I contacted the seller and was told to send the glasses back and they would issue a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted my items. I messaged them again and was ask to explain what was wrong with what they sent. I again explained. Then I was completely ghosted. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in the 10+ years of buying from eBay. Beware of this seller. I don’t recommend them for anything

  There was a week and a half between my order and the case actually being shipped; I was literally one hour from starting the process of inquiring about my order when the shipping notice finally got here. Seller communication dinged a star because they never offered an explanation, and volunteering one is normal when the delay's that long. The case did fit my F type.
