  Item was lost in shipping, but after waiting 2 weeks for the USPS to inquire about it, they issued a full refund. I would REALLY have LOVED to buy those two Iron rests for my students, but they did the right thing and gave me my money back, so, not their fault, I'm still a satisfied customer.

  Seller shipped out item within timeline they said they would. Item was listed at a fantastic price. Wish it would have shipped in more secure packaging though. Also item wasn't really cleaned off and had dirt/hair on it when I received it, but I am happy item works perfectly.
