  Worst experience I’ve had he took a picture of a new nice box listing said used once for a demo but the one he actually sent me is not even useable he should be embarrassed but nah he’s just like no big deal it also took him 4 days to even ship It cause he didn’t have one so he got me one out the trash now I’m waiting for him to accept my refund after I called him wasting peoples time now the effort to send it back it’ll be a 3 week ordeal and I’ll still be without my tools

  These tools would probably work amazing if i had received them. A week and couldn’t get even one of the two separate items i ordered in the mail. Replies with don’t have a handle. How is it in stock if you don’t have the handle? Seller don’t reply in a timely manner nor try’s to make things right. Worst ebay experience with a company inside the States.

  I'm sorry for the USPS delays. Sometimes, they're great; other times… not so much We don't just blindly send packages and hope for the best—we track and monitor every shipment.We also had a one-day delay in receiving a shipment, and I apologize if that truly made this the "worst experience ever".
