    Fully as described with little to no damage. Well packed. Only issues were a few unexpected charges: Extra $180 for delivery with a lift-gate (residential you'll need it) Missing supply hose ($20 at home depot, $40 if you get the Bosch brand hose) Ultimately those costs probably erased the savings and I could have just bought new locally. I'd absolutely buy from Al's again but I'd probably add those costs on to the decision. Customer service calls to address the above were prompt.
