  Purchased item as new open box excellent condition a month and half ago for my daughter’s birthday. It has broken and will not turn back on. Apple sent me to repair store and they can’t fix it and it would need to be sent to Apple directly for a replacement of $250. That is more than I paid for watch! It is a 2021 model 😡 , I would have Never bought if known that! Yes I contacted seller , NO HELP! so I paid $189.35 for 30 days of a watch! Now have to buy another!
