    Shipping was from China, which too quite a while. When it arrived there was a huge gash in the side of the box and tubes that the lamp and glass sleeve were in. The seller says they will warranty any issues that we have, but I don't know if the rough treatment from China will have a negative effect on life expectancy of the bulb and sleeve.
