The item was shipped quickly but when it arrived it was not the correct item. They sent me a return label but left it to me, a disabled person to get it to the post office to be returned (they sent it FedEx). They did not return any of my attempts to contact and didn t respond when I told them they sent the incorrect item and needed help to return. Very poor customer service.

They told me to have it looked at and they would pay for the service. It cost me $130 for a tech to come out and I was never paid back. After a month they said to send it back. They were supposed to pay for return shipping but I just got a bill from Fed Ex for $330.
