  This was listed as new. I am not sure it was. The box arrived all beaten up. It had tape over the tears. It could be that the Post Office retaped it. But I am wondering if this wasn't something that was found to be unsatisfactory & resold. The espresso comes out cool, even when you warm up the cup. I complained to the seller but got no response. I would just caution anyone purchasing from this seller to double-check the return policy. I wish I had.

  SideTrak Swivel 14" Attachable Portable Monitor Extender - I was a little disappointed upon receiving the item shipped in the original packaging, as potential porch pirates could see what the package is. The item was pretty dirty also, clearly used as described, however the screen would not turn on. I tried the monitor with different cords I have and luckily it works but the description said it was in working order. Having to buy new cords for it, I'd say not entirely. Good value still.

  The product description did clearly state that it was used. I had fully tested the unit with the included cables on my laptop before listing it and it did work properly. As the instructions clearly state, the cables need to be connected in a specific order before the screen will turn on.

  Good seller. Very fast shipping. Item was missing a few more pieces than the description indicated (in addition to the test light tool missing, which was indicated in the description, it was also missing the long contact points and contact point wrench- those pieces were not mentioned as missing in description). Luckily, I have those pieces from a previous unit I had purchased. Otherwise seems to be working like new. Thanks for a good sell.

  Just received today. Shipping took longer than expected, but that’s most likely due to severe weather impacting the delivery and in no way the fault of the seller. The fan is exactly as described, brand new in box and well packaged.
