  I purchased a Perricone MD product listed as new. When I opened the box the jar was not sealed and the product was yellowish in color. I reached out to the seller. she apologized and explained she tries not to open boxes that look new. She promptly refunded the purchase price. This seller has integrity and i highly recommend her!
