    Item(s) I purchased were not as described: contained within used or beaten up packaging, plus were faulty and/or dead on arrival. Would not work despite everything I tried. Messaged seller but no response after a few days, and confusing/astonishing non-refund or return policy to boot. Highly disappointed, would NOT recommend.

    After about a week of USPS not receiving the package, I had to message the seller asking why they had not received it. After a few days they told me they forgot about it in their mass holiday orders. Packaging was fine, however when my camera cage came, it was missing an essential screw. I thought it would come with the shipment as it normally does new, because that is what it was described as . Looking back I should’ve just bought from Amazon as it would have been a lot easier and faster.
