    The coffee maker was very dirty, the basket had apparently overflowed into the water reservoir and it was shipped dirty with molded grounds stuck everywhere. it was also missing the single cup basket. Having said that, we cleaned it and the seller quickly responded to my concern and shipped us the basket, so overall we were pleased with the coffee maker, purchase price, and customer service. Just know that there is no cleaning or inspection of them before they are resold
