  I wanted to be nice about this but after contacting the seller, it just made it worse. The items were packed poorly. They were thrown into a box with a little packing surrounding them. When I got the box out of the mailbox, you could hear all the pieces rattling. I tried working it out with the seller, but instead all I received was defensiveness, not even an apology for the damaged pieces. Good luck to anyone who buys from this seller. I wouldn't ever again.

  We individually wrapped each item. I told you have insurance on that package to file a claim with the post office. You were actually very aggressive and rude in your message. I responded as i felt attacked by you. I took time to wrap every item and used a lot of bubble wrap
