You demanded an immediate refund and threatened actions like negative reviews and escalating the issues to eBay, quoting eBay policies and your rights. This is a bit much for an initial message don't you think? We replied asking you if you could wait a day or two for it to arrive and we will provide a free return. You failed to respond and carried out threats as soon as you could.
