It was unfortunate that I ordered a board that looked identical to my failed one but was not programmed for my particular TV so it didn't work of course. Digitech was very understanding of my error and I returned the board to them in the original packing and received a refund promptly. This was for the original cost of the board and the postage as well which I was not expecting. I can now order the correct item presently. Thanks again.
