  Buyer beware! Scammer alert. Never got the item, despite seller claiming they resent it after me contacting them. If I were in seller’s shoe, I would send the second time item tracked after I got a complain, to ensure my customer gets it. I bought similar nail stickers from a different seller, and those arrived untracked in a paper envelope without problems. This seller only says the ship items, but I never got anything.

  The decals looks just like the picture. They are very brightly colored. I haven't used them yet, but they appear to be good quality. They came well packaged, and in brand new condition. If the seller makes nail stickers, I would buy them because I've never used water decals before.
