After I ordered the product, the package arrived very quickly and carefuly ; the laptop was well secured, plus it came with a screen protection and keyboard stickers. The computer was cheap and matches the description, it arrived in very good condition. The only issue I had was about the Windows option which wasn't installed, but when I pointed it out, the seller soon replied me to explain their error and offered me to send it back to fix the problem.
