  Seller's ad stated Oil of Olay Regenerist Whip Moisturizer was a 2-pack. I received 1 jar. When I contacted seller to let them know I was owed another jar, they said they were UNAWARE THEIR OWN AD was for a 2-pack and refused to send the 2nd jar. Said I could return the jar for a refund...I had already opened it. eBay resolved my issue, not the seller.
