  This is the perfect sized bag. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Even though I did not need to return the item, the refund policy is buyer pays 25% of the cost of the item to seller just for opening the box to look at the actual item. Plus pays return shipping. Better be really sure you are going to keep the item !
