    Seller described item as 'open box' but neglected to mention that the software was not included. Otherwise, all other items were good. I placed my order on 12/20 and item was not shipped until 12/26 and seller had not posted message on listing regarding delay. Other communications with seller were very prompt. I would consider doing business with this seller again.

    Item showed up not working. After numerous reset procedures, it was still inoperative. Seller claimed it worked before shipping, but it didn't work straight out of the package for me. I tried giving seller a chance to make it right, but after messaging for a while, as soon as I said I wanted a refund, communications stopped! Buyer beware! Avoid this seller at all costs! You will regret it!! Seller has no intention of "making it right!"
