    Although I was disappointed in the condition of the item because it was not what I expected from the listing, the seller clearly offered to accept return of the item. It is my fault for not choosing that option. Seller shipped promptly. USPS was extremely slow which was not the seller s fault. High shipping costs are not the seller s fault either.

    Sorry you're disappointed in an old beat up letter holder If you'd like please return it. The letter holder had 12 photos showing it's wear. It is excellent in the way it was a cute letter holder that functioned just fine but looks the way depicted in the 12 photos showing all sides, holes and all! My favorite is those that look, see and acknowledge damage to an item but it wasn't the damage that you expected so it's my fault.
