    This seller truly went above and beyond with my purchase. Not only did I receive the item in pristine condition (oftentimes the boxes are crushed when they arrive but this seller had it bubble wrapped so well that the box arrived in perfect condition). I was also very surprised to see a handwritten card thanking me for my purchase. Few sellers take the time to do this, and I truly appreciated the time and effort of this gesture. To say that I was impressed with this seller is an understatement!

    The initial transaction was not received due to issues on the Seller's side due to the hurricane. However, communication was managed through another contact that she had, the matter was discussed = Great Communication! The transaction was resolved (refunded), but soon after received a message from the seller to inform that shipping was now available, it was relisted, and that I could purchase it. There were no worries on this end and everything went smoothly thanks to the Seller!
