    Packing inadequate and item was broken/destroyed. Sender Took no responsibility and blamed the USPS . USPS does not honor a Fragile sticker unless the sender pays for special delivery, which was not done. I have put in a claim for the broken item with the USPS . If it happens again I will send the item back and request a refund.

    First of all I had it packed well... what happens during shipment is not a sellers Fault so don't go accusing us sellers...and if you wanted extra insurance on it you should of asked and paid to have it insured.. and i have contacted you multiple times on this matter so i have been in contact with you...and I also contacted 2 postmasters on this issue... you could of easily asked for a replacement as i do have other villages available but instead u chose to leave a negative...

    Awesome seller! Fast shipping and packaged well. Maracas are perfect vintage condition! Unfortunately, my son had to replace one plastic maraca that he broke by accident in Spanish class. Although, it wasn’t required but the right thing to do. This set is beautiful and authentic to Costa Rica. Thank you so much

    The purse was not what I expected. It was more worn and yellowed than I thought it would be. I do not blame the Seller. It is hard to know this about Coach cream jacquard and metallic leather bags unless you are experienced. So she is not a “ sharp dealer” she is transparent. And I was able to return at no cost. Waiting for refund. So happy I think. But not sure if my shipping cost will be refunded. So I am hesitant to buy used purses from Ebay again
