Made an offer and offer was accepted on April 30th. Got a message May 5th saying I was being refunded due to the item has not shown up at their warehouse yet. They still show in stock and can be purchased but the price has been raised. Basically they didn’t want to sell it to me for the price that was accepted and canceled my order. I purchased the item with intentions it would arrive in its estimated time of arrival. If you’re in need of an item in a timely fashion don’t bother with this seller

I had some initial problems understanding how to setup the UV printer. The seller continued to work with me to resolve the issue. We use this printer to us print onto our 3d printed products. The printer is working perfectly . I am very pleased the results. This was a great purchase. We will be buy another one very soon. It arrived professionally packaged in new condition.
