    Recieved incorrect item. Contacted seller and did not hear back for days. Reached out again and sent photo of item recieved. Was told it was “literally” the item pictured. Had to point out that it was not the style sweater as advertised. Not at all helpful or polite. Do not recommend this rude seller.

    I wasn't rude to this buyer at all. I also replied to her questions in a timely manner. She received the exact item from the photos. Was upset she had to pay dutes for her international purchase(ebay controls this). Not sure what more I could do.
