    Seller informed me Item had to be split over two packages due to weight. There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage.     I am a new 3d printing person. A friend of mine gave me his Anycubic Kobra 1. When I saw this machine, I had to get it. Came very quickly. Great packaging. No signs of damage. Seller communicated that it would come in two shipments due to the weight. This machine is amazing. Easy and quick to set up. Instructions were very clear. The machine is so fast. These are my first impressions.

    I did not know I needed this to print multicolor for the Anycubic Cobra3 I purchased for my son for Christmas. Once we learned we needed it, we shopped around, and Anycubic through Ebay had the best price. We received the tracking information once the ACE Pro 4 shipped, and it arrived in a timely manner. My son had it set up and was printing with it within a half hour. We are very happy with the product and the service!
