    Item arrived in usable condition after nearly two weeks in transit. Box was mostly destroyed and re-sealed, and product cap inside is shattered and not salvageable. However, I believe the delay and damage to be completely the fault of the carrier, NOT the seller. My order was shipped right away, and although it's a little hard to tell given the condition of the packaging today, it looks like it was packed just fine at the time of shipment and USPS really dropped the ball. 🫤

    seller shipped the bag super quickly! however, when i received it, the bag was shedding/peeling and completely disintegrating in the box. i have a hard time believing they didn’t see it was falling apart while boxing it prior to shipping. they did send me a refund immediately once i sent photos, so i do appreciate that! very communicative seller, quick shipper, and will definitely work something out with you if you have any issues.
