Right after I bought this item, I found an identical item for $5 cheaper, I tried to cancel the order but ebay would not allow me to cancel saying ''ít was too soon'' to cancel. So they figure you'll forget and leave the order be [which I sadly did] I do need the item and glad it was delivered today, I forgot all about it to be honest, it seems like I ordered it last year. description should disclose the ratchet size
