  I need to return the pull point knob since the threads don’t fit and the description didn’t describe it. Tried to return it and was nformed I would have to ship it back to China even this item was shipped out from CA. The seller told me that the shipping might cost more and willing to create a win win situation for me. I offered to be refunded half what I paid for and the seller kept going back and forth w/ the same verbiage as if I’m conversating with a bot! NEVER AGAIN! scumbags!

  Not satisfied with this ebayer. Tried to get them to send me a replacement because they sent me the wrong item. But they wanted to argue about it so .I said it is what it is. And just gave up. Do not recommend would not work with them again. They had the nerve to tell me to try to find use for it even though it was the wrong thing. And ask me to leave them a five-star rating?? Not happening.
