Obviously, this points to the fact that someone was lying when they said that 8 minutes later I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped.... when in fact, they did have the opportunity to ship the colour I wanted. So... where is my trust in this seller and ebay.... not good!!!

Seller claimed that the shipment was lost by UPS. However, most likely, the seller never had the item in stock to begin with and had the intention of back ordering the product for me with a long delivery window. I would have left negative feedback, but I was refunded within a reasonable timeframe so I've shifted my feedback to neutral. Buyer beware.

As such, the neck was broken, and the excitement of my latest purchase had been broken as well. I contacted the owner and explained the situation and that it was not worth returning and fixing, considering grade of Guitar. The seller agreed, wholeheartedly, and apologetically, classy and smart. With some care, patience and time, I managed to fix the guitar and I’m happy to say it has become my new favourite. My thanks to the seller.
