    I ordered this AOVOPRO 10" 500W E Scooter for Adults Foldable Scooter Double Shock Absorption paid full price for it They sent me a different scooter Different name on the box and different name stamped on the Scooter Giving them the benefit of doubt because mistakes happen I sent them a message to which according to their front page messages will be returned in 12 hours BUT here we are 38 hours and three message not yet returned DO NOT trust this seller

    After checking, it turns out that the warehouse staff sent the wrong goods. We have provided a free return label for you to return the package to us. After receiving it, we will send the correct scooter or refund according to your wishes. Regarding the message response time, we will reply within 24 hours on weekdays. We are off on weekends so we cannot reply in time. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
