  Order was placed for a needed car part, seller refused to ship until I provided them a photo of my part being replaced which of course matched exactly with the listing. That cost me two days, then the seller never provided tracking for the part so I contacted them 5 days later requesting a status when they told me the item was damaged in warehouse and never shipped. 7 days of waiting. Rather than refund they made me file a request costing me another 2 days. Terrible communication and business.
