  The chair came in very sturdy box, unfortunately the chair wasn’t attached inside to anything…. The chair was scratched pretty severely, and the peddle base was cracked almost completely thru…. So, I notified the seller and they offered a refund, but I countered the refund up to 40%, and they agreed! Do I got a $170.00 back as a refund pretty quickly!!!
