    The shipping and delivery came on time. The item itself had 2 other cracks that were non visible on the pictures. But I still got it at a great price for what it was worth. Sellers need to note what cracks are there, because this is a very fragile item. Buyers need to reenforce this item fiberglass on all weak points. Thanks

    received warranty clock very fast but didn't receive return label to send other clock that stop working back. contacted seller but no response 8 days later. i don't know what to do with other clock.
