  The item I ordered was as described and was shipped in a timely manner. It was shipped by the us postal service and took too long to deliver. The day tracking said it was to be delivered it was within 2 hours of my local post office but was sent half way across my state in the opposite dirrection. Then it was shipped to another state. Two days later it was shipped back to the location that it was at 2 hours from my local post office. I received it the next day.
