As it is an original Apple trackpad, the quality is as high as you can expect. The only difference is the price, well under regular retail. The seller bubble-wrapped and boxed it carefully and sent it straight away. I will gladly buy from them again.

Seller resolved an order issue with shipping/package lost as soon as I brought it to their attention they gave me an option to send another one but because I was wary about putting my address in eBay messages (which I later found out isn’t a problem unless it’s before the sale of an item) they refunded me promptly!
