  Excellent packaging. Item was as pictured. Good price. FedEx, as usual, is terrible—not sure how they stay in business or why anyone uses them; but it arrived eventually. It was being delivered “today” for five days in a row. And now that it did arrive—their system doesn’t seem to know it. So lame. But I am super happy to get this item! Thanks.

As such, I did not receive what I had ordered; however, the seller quickly saw the issue, notified me immediately, and issued a full refund without question.
