    My complaint is with shipping. I purchased this crate on May 8. The delivery information said that it would be delivered by May 15. I delayed my vacation until that date. It was not delivered until May 19. I contacted the seller and all they said was that it was not picked up by FedEx until May 13, five days after I purchased it. The seller had their money and didn’t care about shipping in a reasonable timeframe. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately our humans sometimes trip over the pups in the warehouse. We also cant control what the carriers do but we try to assist. Please accept our apologies and visit our store in the future.
