    The relay was shipped promptly. However, it was either the wrong one in the package or it was defective. The fan came on as soon as I powered up the heater even though the thermostat wasn't calling for heat. I asked for a refund as I had to get a relay locally due to the cold weather here in Minnesota. They did provide me with a refund and free return shipping.
