    Waited 16 days for item to ship. I made several attempts to contact seller with no response. Finally had eBay issue a refund. This is the first time in over 17 years I have left negative feedback. If the seller would have communicated with me. I would have at worst left neutral feedback. I hate to tarnish any business.

    I paid for this item on Feb. 1st expected it on Feb. 6-7. Seller dropped unit to be shipped on the 6th holding my job up not very happy. If you need an item quickly don’t use this vendor they obviously don’t care.

    I'm sorry about this. Earlier this year we had some issues with a software integration we're using. It was supposed to send out a fulfilment order to the warehouse when a new eBay order came in, for whatever reason it didn't work consistently.
