  Bow arrived in good condition exactly as described. Communication with the seller was also excellent. Small hiccup on the side of ebay who did not update to the new default address. FedEx was very bad too they never called me when they found out that the house was 'destroyed' at the delivery address (fire on jan 7) and they did not allow neither the seller nor me to modify the delivery address. (I chased the FedEx driver through my neighborhood to intercept them !!). But seller gets 5stars!

  Shipping and packaging was fine, although limbs came with the manual but not the sleeved protection (which was fine because it was not mentioned or pictured). Value was the most positive out of this. I agree about the communication. I asked about any defects (which could mean blemishes, irregularities along the edges or if it may have a little trouble fitting into risers, etc.). Responded with “why would we sell a defective product?”. Defensive rather than reassuring.

  not defensive. it is pointless to sell defective items and open oneself up to a return. Client bought the item and is clearly happy with it. But he couldn't help but leave less than positive feedback.. More about his ego than our performance

  Just as Described! Excellent Seller with Excellent Communication! USPS lost the first package, they scanned it in when it was dropped off, but then it went missing. USPS admit they have no clue what the post office did with it. I contacted the seller and the seller sent me out a new one and dealt with USPS. Thanks again!!!
