    The vendor seems like a well established company with tenure. On the other the carrier used did not perform well. They initially marked the package as delivered two days ago but the package had not arrived, it arrived today after so much confusion and disorder. Although this is not the vendor’s responsibility, I think the vendor should review the management process of this type of situations and guide the customer in the case this happens, also reconsider using that carrier again
