    Media was a Christmas gift for my son, however, after reaching out to the seller and kindly asking "Could you please offer me free shipping? Thank you for your consideration in advance." The seller was very condescending with his reply. Bad attitude for a seller. I would not recommend wasting your time with this seller or recommend anyone to patronize this seller.

    The reply you received was not intended to be condescending. I simply explained that the cost of shipping charged to the customer is only the cost I pay for shipping and that the cost of ground advantage is very fair, especially when compared to only slightly faster services like priority mail. I was already selling this item below what I was purchased it for and adding free shipping to that would have only increased the loss.
